What was the highlight of HOTEL CEN
Wonderful
close to Shinjuku area, within walking distance. personally enjoyed being outside of the busy area. The hotel is very close to the Korean district as well. The lady was very friendly upon check-in and greeted us for our anniversary.
Check in time is strictly 3pm. We arrived early and dropped the bags. Then we came back to the hotel just 10 mins before 3, but you strictly have to wait till 3PM on clock. Small flexibility would be nice :)

What was the highlight of HOTEL CEN
Good
The rooms are small (standard for Tokyo I think) but very functionally designed. The location was easy to get to and it was quiet. Close to an area with lots of Korean restaurants and shops, and walking distance to central Shinjuku.
I think the rooftop terrace was closed though when we visited but it wasn't a big deal for us.

Great for first time in Tokyo, couples and singles, not families
The staff is fantastic, very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel is very nice with contemporary architecture, the terrace is fantastic to relax with a drink after a long day of walking, the location is good in a quiet area which is appreciated after visiting tourist areas, however it is very close to everything, with 2 subway stations very close on the most convenient line.
The rooms are very small, the glass shower looks great but is not very practical if you are traveling with friends. In my case we had to rent 3 rooms because the shower was not practical for my son and daughter.
