What was the highlight of HOTEL CEN
Wonderful
close to Shinjuku area, within walking distance. personally enjoyed being outside of the busy area. The hotel is very close to the Korean district as well. The lady was very friendly upon check-in and greeted us for our anniversary.
Check in time is strictly 3pm. We arrived early and dropped the bags. Then we came back to the hotel just 10 mins before 3, but you strictly have to wait till 3PM on clock. Small flexibility would be nice :)

Great for first time in Tokyo, couples and singles, not families
The staff is fantastic, very friendly and always willing to help, the hotel is very nice with contemporary architecture, the terrace is fantastic to relax with a drink after a long day of walking, the location is good in a quiet area which is appreciated after visiting tourist areas, however it is very close to everything, with 2 subway stations very close on the most convenient line.
The rooms are very small, the glass shower looks great but is not very practical if you are traveling with friends. In my case we had to rent 3 rooms because the shower was not practical for my son and daughter.

Cozy and clean, good location within walking distance to the train station, convenience stores nearby.
Great location, room service is fantastic and the hotel room was very clean. Shower was excellent too, water pressure and hot water supply was perfect. Great for solo travellers as room is a bit small but I was still able to open my luggage fully
Wish the reception was open 24/7!

Small but nice hotel, good location
The location is nice and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly.
The rooms are very small, and we could barely fit with two luggages.
